Professor Ned Friedman took the following photos during the solar eclipse on Monday under the `turtuosa' beech tree in Harvard's Arnold arboretum. The tree leaves created numerous pinhole cameras of the eclipse. They illustrate that astronomy can also be done by looking down, not up.
