Research Interests: Structure and dynamics of the Milky Way, the interstellar medium, star formation, and young stellar populations. I leverage new and upcoming photometric, astrometric, and spectroscopic surveys to construct higher-dimensional models of the Milky Way's interstellar medium and its youngest stars, with the ultimate goal of understanding the physical processes that shape the galactic baryon cycle.
Dr. Zucker received her B.A. in Astrophysics from the University of Virginia in 2015 and her Ph.D. in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Harvard University in 2020. Before joining the CfA in 2023, she was a NASA Hubble Fellow at the Space Telescope Science Institute.
