Danielle Frostig

Danielle's research focuses on time-domain astronomy and building new optical and infrared instruments. She studies a range of explosive phenomena, including young stellar object outburst, novae, supernovae, and kilonovae. In the past, Danielle has worked on large-scale infrared imagers to discover new transients and is now focusing on optical follow-up spectroscopy. She also runs local outreach programs teaching telescope building to teens.
